Any business relationship must be of value between the customer and business owner. I’ve found that a sound understanding of expectations on both sides leads to productive results. BMoorman Consulting, LLC, is a value based business. This means that we are partners in the business relationship. When the expectations of the relationship are established, a set fee will be negotiated for the services. This focuses the consulting business on results and not ‘hours.’
